The 90-minute Reiki & Guidance session allows space and time for your system to settle into a deep hypnotic-like state of relaxation, supporting deep restoration and nervous system regulation. Clients often experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and gentle letting go without force or effort.
Reiki healing begins with an analysis of the health of your energy body. We will help identify areas of imbalance and, through light touch and the use of Reiki techniques and tools, gently release blocked energy while assisting in channeling Reiki or “Life Force Energy” to support the body’s natural alignment. Each session allows for deep relaxation, clearing of negativity or stagnant energy, realigning the energy body, heart opening and balancing of the left and right sides of the body – masculine and feminine. These subtle yet powerful techniques will promote an inner transformation at an appropriate rate for each individual.
During the session, the Reiki Master may receive subtle messages from your body and energy field. These messages are guided by your higher self and emerge only in alignment with what is meant to be revealed and supported at this time. After the session, any insights received will be shared and discussed, offering clarity, reflection, and guidance to support your integration and continued wellbeing.

Lena also trains and attunes Reiki practitioners and volunteers as an energy healer for cancer patients and their caregivers, providing comfort during challenging times.
Her spiritual journey deepened profoundly after the loss of her husband in 2020, which revealed her true calling in energy healing. She believes healing is about remembering the wholeness already within and creating space for transformation through presence and compassion. From childhood, Lena has been deeply empathetic and spiritually connected, experiences that continue to inspire her work in holding space for others to reconnect with their truth and inner light.
