Reiki healing begins with an analysis of the health of your energy body. We will help identify areas of imbalance and, through light touch and the use of Reiki techniques and tools, gently release blocked energy while assisting in channeling “Life Force Energy” to support the body’s natural wellbeing. The initial session deals with deep relaxation, clearing of negativity or stagnant energy, realigning the energy body, heart opening and balancing of the left and right sides of the body. The 90-minute Reiki & Guidance session allows space and time for your system to settle into a deep hypnotic-like state of relaxation, supporting deep restoration and nervous system regulation.
